Motivational Speaking

Many businesses find that production or morale goes down at certain times of the year or during certain times in the business cycle. People benefit from inspiration and motivation when they’re feeling down or stressed. Life is challenging on a good day and I think everyone deserves an award for getting out of bed each and every day.

When the team begins to focus on what’s not working that’s exactly what the company attracts more of. That’s frustrating because it begins to be a perpetuating cycle of unhappy employees and unhappy businesses which equate to unhappy customers. It’s important to bring the focus back to what is working in order to attract more abundance in every facet of the company.

In addition to motivating I also enjoy teaching sales teams the fundamentals of communicating so that they can better understand how to help their customers. Communication and language are everything. Words carry a specific vibration or energy that attract like energy. For example if a member of your sales team is struggling financially they will easily and effortlessly attract a customer who is also struggling financially.

This is called sympathetic resonance. Below is Wikipedia’s definition of Sympathetic resonance or sympathetic vibration.

Sympathetic resonance or sympathetic vibration is a harmonic phenomenon wherein a formerly passive string or vibratory body responds to external vibrations to which it has a harmonic likeness. The classic example is demonstrated with two similar tuning-forks of which one is mounted on a wooden box. If the other one is struck and then placed on the box, then muted, the un-struck mounted fork will be heard. In similar fashion, strings will respond to the external vibrations of a tuning-fork when sufficient harmonic relations exist between the respective vibratory modes.

In the above example we’re comparing strings or instruments. In life we can compare emotions to the Sympathetic Resonance rule and deduce that if we’re feeling depressed we will attract those who resonate with depression. If we’re feeling happy we will also attract those who are feeling happy. If we’re feeling broke and less than abundant we will also attract that same clientele.

Depending on which vibratory pattern you or your employees resonate with determines which type of clients walk in and out of your door. I think that we can all agree that it would be refreshing to come to work amongst healthy, wealthy, abundant individuals. The only way to create this type of environment is to BE IT! You must be that which you are seeking. This is often foreign to employees and business owners who haven’t had the opportunity to learn about quantum physics and it’s effect on their lives or businesses.

Working with groups of people by motivating, inspiring, teaching, mentoring and sharing is an extremely valuable way to fast track your business and the employees within it. I will give you and your employee’s the tools needed to navigate the law of attraction so that it works for you as opposed to against you. After a little practice and consistency you’ll find that not only are your employee’s more productive at work but they’re more productive at home as well bringing an even better environment into the office and ultimately into your own personal life.
